Do I need a card for the trial?

No. Your email is enough. After 14 days you choose a plan, or simply stop.

How do I buy a plan?

Online payment isn’t active yet. Write to contact@tooluy.com, or press “Buy this plan” in the pricing, and we’ll reply with how to pay. Meanwhile you can try it free for 14 days.

My trade isn’t listed. Will it work for me?

Tooluy also has a “Signage and print” trade, and “Other trade” for any business that works to order. Pick it when you create your account and write to us: we’ll help you set it up.

Can I change my trade later?

Yes. The owner changes it in the company details. Stages you already created stay as they are.

What happens to my data after the trial?

Nothing is deleted. The account is paused until you choose a plan, then you carry on where you left off.

Does it work on phones and tablets?

Yes, in the browser, with nothing to install. The work screen was made specially for tablets and phones.

Is my data safe?

Each business sees only its own data. The connection is encrypted and an encrypted backup is made every day.

Which languages does the app use?

Albanian, French and Portuguese. Write to us if your team needs another language.

Where do I get help once I’m using it?
